ACUTE REHAB PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a per diem Acute Rehab Physical Therapist to support our physician-owned surgical hospital in Post Falls, Idaho. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult patients in an acute rehab setting, focusing on safe mobility, functional recovery, and discharge readiness. You will design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, including gait and balance training, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education, while documenting thoroughly in the EMR. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists in a patient-first, community-focused environment that values compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling, exposure to advanced procedures, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing regional healthcare network.
