Target Range: $17.00/Hr. - $19.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. Demonstrates effective leadership and collaboration with team members and other departments, assisting colleagues with complex problem resolution including compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
• Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues
• Learn and apply Procedures; Comprehensive new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly; recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails
• Answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing an accurate response

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• Minimum 1+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry
