Purpose of the role Ensures loan files get to closing department on time to meet contract and rate lock deadlines and generate bank documents needed for loan closings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Generate final Closing DisclosurePrepares all closing documents and coordinates with title companyWorks closely with legal department to ensure all commercial loan documents are accuratePrepares initial closing disclosure in time for closing dateCompletes Change of Circumstance form or other revisions after CD is completeSchedules closings and notifies all parties involvedAssists with obtaining insurance information and verbal VOEs when needed Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent, required2-5 years of mortgage experiencePrior title company and real estate mortgage loan experience preferred.
