Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support and consultation to steel mill customer
Support blast furnace systems, performance, upgrades, and equipment solutions
Build and grow strong customer relationships throughout the local territory
Identify customer needs and recommend technical solutions
Partner with engineering, product, and service teams
Lead consultative sales discussions and negotiate proposals

Qualifications

15+ years of steel or heavy industrial experience
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Blast furnace experience preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
