Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and consultation to steel mill customer
- Support blast furnace systems, performance, upgrades, and equipment solutions
- Build and grow strong customer relationships throughout the local territory
- Identify customer needs and recommend technical solutions
- Partner with engineering, product, and service teams
- Lead consultative sales discussions and negotiate proposals
Qualifications
- 15+ years of steel or heavy industrial experience
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Blast furnace experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
