MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – $24–$27/HR | WEEKLY PAY | FULL BENEFITS Local Work | Growth Opportunities | Stable Career in Property Maintenance Now Hiring in the Pittsburgh Area — Start ASAP

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities across the Pittsburgh area. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a real impact on residents’ day-to-day lives, this is the job for you.

• Complete apartment turnovers (make-readies) for new residents
• Handle general repairs including:
• Drywall, painting, carpentry
• Basic electrical & plumbing
• Light HVAC work
• Respond to maintenance requests like:
• Unclogging drains
• Replacing fixtures
• Fixing minor issues quickly and efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs
• Rotate into an on-call schedule for after-hours needs
• Travel between properties using your own vehicle
• Track and document completed work orders
• Deliver top-notch service to residents and team members

• Experience with hand & power tools
• Strong general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC basics)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Great attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Apartment maintenance or property management experience
• HVAC or troubleshooting experience
• in preventative maintenance programs

• $24–$27/hour + WEEKLY PAY

Local role — no long-distance travel

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule for emergencies
• Mix of indoor and outdoor work environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irwin, PA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
