Major Duties

Develops, coordinates, and implements a vast array of media productions.

Provides audiovisual support for large conferences and certain special events off station.

Provides consultation and assistance with providers and educators to achieve service line goals Meets with clients to discuss their needs and expectations as they relate to the production of graphic products.

Prepares signage, forms, charts, graphs, maps, and illustrations.

Develops concepts for publications and presentation materials from rough diagrams and often vague guidelines that are provided by the client.

Collaborates in planning sessions with clients and subject-matter experts in the creative use of images and devices to communicate ideas.

Conceptualizes the broad approach of the project and works with the subject matter experts to translate into specific stylistic and narrative elements.

Develops concepts for original and creative visual products for print publications and presentation materials from rough ideas, diagrams and vague guidelines provided by the customer.

Produces a variety of materials, including the design and layout, for digital and print platforms such as infographics, brochures, flyers, fact sheets, forms, booklets, signage, vector art, charts and diagrams, reports, web banners, and PowerPoint presentations.

Develops and incorporates graphics into reports, newsletters, annual reports, and other print and digital publications with an emphasis on responsiveness, timeliness, and accuracy.

Establishes visual branding/standards.

Provides photographic support for clinical, educational, research, studio portraits, patient physiological photography, historical documentation, and public affairs photojournalism.

Uses existing equipment and other related processes to accomplish varied medical/general photographic assignments.

Performs medical/biological documentation, to include patient and surgical photography, research documentation (entering information into electronic medical records), evidence photography, and employee/public relations assignments.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
