Status: Full-time Hours: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM About this role: As a River Park Square Lot Attendant, this position serves to facilitate daily garage maintenance and all other garage maintenance projects. The Lot Attendant will clean and maintain all parking levels, follow operational procedures, and work to find maintenance efficiencies within the parking facility, in addition to maintaining ticketing equipment. The Lot Attendant will perform various maintenance duties and regular maintenance duties such as light changing, painting, door repairs, snow removal and sweeper operation. What you'll do: Review previous day’s maintenance tasks for completion. Stock ticketing equipment as needed and maintain daily. Clean all debris from garage daily, use sweepers as needed. Perform a daily lighting check and replace as needed. Walk entire garage checking for debris, illegally parked cars, and suspicious behaviors throughout the shift. Operate paint striping machine – seasonal. Snow removal, as needed. Cashiering may be required. Other duties as assigned.
