Role Description The Material Handler is a full-time, on-site role based at Marvel Springs Inc. in Mooresville, NC. This role is responsible for safely unloading incoming materials, moving and storing components within the facility, and preparing outgoing shipments. Day-to-day tasks include staging materials for production, packing finished goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. The Material Handler will use manual and powered material handling equipment, follow established safety and quality procedures, and collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing materials, documentation, and carrier coordination. Candidates should possess skills in Unloading and Material Handling to safely move, store, and stage raw materials and finished products. Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to track stock levels, perform counts, and maintain accurate records. Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare products for shipment, label orders, and ensure goods are protected during transit. Ability to follow safety protocols, lift and move materials as required, and operate pallet jacks or similar equipment. Strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read work orders and shipping documents. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment as part of a team. Prior experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
