Cafe Team Captain - Shift Lead & Service Champion

Bluestone Lane

Bluestone Lane in Paramus, New Jersey is looking for a Team Captain who will partner with the General Manager to ensure a welcoming local experience. Responsibilities include managing team operations, driving sales, ensuring cleanliness, and fostering customer connections. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and at least three years of experience in hospitality, along with supervisory skills. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficiency and delivering an excellent service experience.
