POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Representative supports company revenue and customer retention objectives by providing responsive, accurate, and solution-driven service to customers. This role functions as a customer relationship owner, managing assigned accounts and identifying sales opportunities, while developing pricing proposals within established company guidelines and exercising independent judgment in structuring solutions that meet customer needs and support company profitability and operational objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary relationship owner for sales inquiries and business development opportunities. Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, including processing, returns, exchanges, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop pricing quotations and negotiate terms within established guidelines to secure customer orders. Exercise discretion in pricing adjustments within approved guidelines to support deal closure and customer retention. Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing sales opportunities and structuring solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Repairs, Shipping, and Accounting to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs and support business objectives. Evaluate customer requirements and determine appropriate solutions to meet operational and revenue objectives. Provide order status, shipping updates, and documentation to customers, ensuring clear communication and proactive resolution of potential issues. Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Manager, Customer Support when appropriate. Monitor open orders and proactively address fulfillment issues to support on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Identify recurring service issues and recommend process improvements. Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including surveys and feedback tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and export requirements (if applicable). Accountable for supporting revenue growth and customer retention within assigned accounts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Certifications and/or licenses: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) or more years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales; aviation/aerospace industry experience preferred. Experience managing customer accounts and supporting revenue growth. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skills/Software: Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Avsight). Familiarity with logistics and order management processes. Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) preferred.
