Job Description Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival in the service lane. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival in the service lane. Listen carefully to customer concerns, document repair needs, and communicate clearly with technicians. Provide accurate cost estimates, timelines, and recommendations for necessary maintenance and repairs. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the repair process, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied every step of the way. Review vehicle inspections and communicate technician findings clearly and honestly. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively answer customer questions. Prepare repair orders, process payments, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. Follow up after service visits to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business. Work collaboratively with technicians, parts staff, and management to meet service goals. Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction. Requirements Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer literacy — familiarity with service management software or CRMs preferred. Self-motivated, reliable, and team oriented. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
