Schedule: 5×8s or 4×10s (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM)
On-Call: Required for overnights and weekends
Pay Rate: $68–$70/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,720–$2,800/week

The University of Rochester Medical Center is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for its Endoscopy/GI Department . The RN will provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing gastrointestinal and endoscopic procedures, including pre-procedure assessment, intra-procedure monitoring, recovery, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and the procedural team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Endoscopy/GI nursing experience

• Telemetry experience required

• Experience with procedural sedation and post-anesthesia recovery preferred

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills

• Ability to participate in overnight and weekend on-call rotation

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

• ACLS preferred

• Endoscopy/GI nursing experience required

• Telemetry experience required

• University of Rochester Medical Center

• Academic Medical Center and Level I Trauma Center

• Endoscopy/GI Department

• Two openings available

• Monday–Friday schedule

• Overnight and weekend call required
