Job Overview
APTSR is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) who values patient-centred care. Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will develop individualized treatment plans, guide patients through recovery, and contribute to a supportive, team-focused clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create effective treatment plans for orthopedic, neuromuscular, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide one-on-one care to improve function, reduce pain, and prevent disability
- Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing (AI tools available to assist)
- Work collaboratively with APTSR's Physical Therapy Assistants and interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and mentorship activities
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; current MA PT License
- Medicare and MassHealth credentials preferred
- Experience in orthopedics, adult rehab, or geriatrics strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
- Ability to perform physical job duties safely
- Spanish bilingualism is an asset
Job Details
- Status: Full-time, Permanent
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 annually, with performance bonuses
