Rate: $35 $45/hr W2

About the Role:
We are seeking a mid-level Automation Engineer to support automated warehouse and packaging systems in a GMP-regulated environment. The role will focus on ASRS, AGVs, robotics, PLC, HMI/SCADA, commissioning, qualification, and validation.

Responsibilities:

Support design, integration, commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup of automation systems.
Support ASRS, AGV, robotics, PLC, and HMI/SCADA systems.
Troubleshoot automation and controls issues and drive system improvements.
Partner with QA, CSV, Manufacturing, Warehouse, IT/OT, and external vendors.
Support GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, safety, and data integrity requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and system integrators on technical deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience with industrial automation in a GMP/GxP-regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI/SCADA, robotics, ASRS, or AGV systems.
Experience with commissioning, qualification, validation, or CSV.
Knowledge of industrial networking, IT/OT integration, Industry 4.0, or IIoT.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, RSView, or PanelView.
Experience with automated warehouse or packaging systems.
