Northwest Medical Center - Sahuarita is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified PA to join its dedicated Hospitalist team near Tucson, Arizona, in a Nocturnist capacity. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment within the largest healthcare system in Southern Arizona.

Compensation & Classification Flexibility\n

  Competitive Pay: up to $100/hour for night shifts.

\n
• \n

  Employment Structure: Flexible options including W-2 or 1099 independent contractor arrangements.

\n
• \n

  Availability: Open to Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN schedules. Seeking Full Time.

Requirements & Qualifications\n

\n
• \n

  Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) required due to inpatient acuity.

\n
• \n

  Must hold or be eligible to obtain an active Arizona state nursing license.

\n
• \n

  Prior inpatient hospitalist experience is highly preferred.

\n
