As a facilities technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, upke­eping and miscellaneous repairs around the private golf club. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing miscellaneous items around the clubhouse. Tasks include changing light bulbs, repairing doors, and general handyman work. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas in need of repair. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related handyman field. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
