Your success is our success. JOB SUMMARY: Textron Aviation's SkillBridge internships are tailored to each candidate's command or service-approved timeframes. This internship will place the ideal candidate in a role working with the entire Textron Aviation team. Given real, business-driven work, interns will help support the business while gaining exposure to different fields. Internship roles/responsibilities will be clarified during the interview process. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Currently in the military, with the ability to participate in the SkillBridge program. Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of accountability and integrity. Creative thinker and action-oriented. Must have ability to maintain confidentiality.
