Position Summary

The Account Coordinator serves as a key liaison between customers, the sales team, and internal departments. This individual is responsible for managing account-related activities, monitoring order progress, maintaining client records, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned business accounts and respond promptly to customer requests.
• Monitor customer projects and orders from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Generate quotes, proposals, and account-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information within company systems.
• Track open requests and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Support customer retention efforts by building strong professional relationships.
• Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, and account analysis.
• Participate in industry events, customer meetings, and company initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer relations, administrative support, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
