Tech - CT

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services as a CT/X-ray Technician in a busy healthcare setting. Ensure accurate imaging procedures while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to capture precise diagnostic images.
• Wait on OR license to ensure compliance with facility requirements.
• Respond to call requests for CT and X-ray procedures, maintaining a 30-minute turnaround time.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Hold current BLS certification.
• Possess ARRT (R) certification in Radiography and CT.
• Experience operating Siemens Somatom Perspective or similar 64-slice CT scanner preferred.
• Strong understanding of imaging protocols, safety procedures, and patient positioning.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and responsive during call shifts, 1-2 times per week.
