We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient individual to provide high-quality support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is attentive, respectful, and committed to helping others maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in a safe and supportive environment.

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support through respectful, engaged interaction
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and light exercise as appropriate
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and monitor hydration and nutrition needs
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and maintaining an orderly environment
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans and organizational guidelines
• Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or daily routines to the appropriate team member
• Assist with appointments, errands, and transportation as required
• Maintain accurate records and follow all care instructions and safety procedures
• Promote dignity, privacy, independence, and a positive care experience at all times

• Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, home care, or a similar support role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in a variety of situations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans and instructions carefully
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily care tasks as needed
• Basic understanding of confidentiality, safety, and respectful client-centered care
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness or surgery
• Knowledge of infection control and home safety best practices
• Ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships
• First aid or CPR certification, if applicable
