About the Opportunity:

We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join our busy and growing outpatient clinics in New York City.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated NPs/FNPs who are passionate about primary care and preventive medicine, and who want to make a meaningful impact in diverse communities. Our practice offers strong administrative support, a collaborative team environment, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine screenings, physical exams, and preventive care
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP or NP) in New York State
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
• New graduates welcome to apply
