Dietitian Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dietitian to join our Heart and Vascular Institute team.

Schedule: 24hrs weekly, Flexible scheduling Monday Thursday, 7:00am 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm

What You'll Do

• Perform nutrition assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Provide education and counseling in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Deliver medical nutrition therapy for patients at risk.
• Coach patients in behavior change strategies.
• Educate and engage patients via in-person, phone, and video visits.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure follow-up and accurate documentation for all patient interactions.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Foods and Nutrition, required. Graduate degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Clinical Dietitian preferred
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required, Licensed Dietitian in appropriate state required
