Dietitian Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dietitian to join our Heart and Vascular Institute team.

Schedule: 24hrs weekly, Flexible scheduling Monday Thursday, 7:00am 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm

Department: Novant Health Heart and Vascular Institute Elizabeth

Location: 125 Queens Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28204

What You'll Do

Perform nutrition assessments and create individualized care plans.
Provide education and counseling in both one-on-one and group settings.
Deliver medical nutrition therapy for patients at risk.
Coach patients in behavior change strategies.
Educate and engage patients via in-person, phone, and video visits.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
Ensure follow-up and accurate documentation for all patient interactions.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Foods and Nutrition, required. Graduate degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Clinical Dietitian preferred
Licensure/Certification: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required, Licensed Dietitian in appropriate state required
