Description of the role:

The Automotive Service Advisor at Infiniti of Akron plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our automotive service department. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. The Service Advisor will be the main point of contact for customers who require automotive maintenance or repairs, and will work closely with our technicians to ensure efficient and timely service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ensure a positive service experience
• Assist customers with automotive issues and recommending appropriate services
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs and completion time
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure proper communication throughout the repair process
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes to the initial service plan

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
