Data Scientist (Contract | Hybrid | Growth & Campaign Analytics)

We’re seeking a Data Scientist to build the analytics foundation for growth and customer engagement programs. You’ll develop datasets, reporting, and measurement frameworks to understand campaign performance and improve targeting and engagement.

Location: Hybrid in San Diego preferred; Mountain View also considered. Exceptional remote candidates may be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Build datasets, data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting.
• Measure campaign, sales, conversion, and customer engagement performance.
• Establish reporting for new and evolving programs.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments .
• Identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in data science, marketing analytics, product analytics, growth analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong experience with experimentation and A/B testing .
• Experience building analytical datasets and supporting data pipelines.
• Dashboarding and visualization experience; Tableau preferred .
• Experience analyzing campaign, growth, customer, or sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

Preferred: Growth or campaign analytics experience and exposure to large-scale data platforms such as Databricks.
