Customer Account CoordinatorMCR Safety Group, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator based at their headquarters in Collierville, TN.This position is onsite, and primarily responsible for performing customer service activities and sales support on product information and goods purchased. The duties and responsibilities of a Customer Account Coordinator (CAC) include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, along with identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. We seek to recruit and retain the right people who are passionate about our business, and we provide opportunities for our employees so that they may progress within our company based on their talents, experiences, and their aptitude.Responsibilities:Process customer purchase orders/inquiries via our on-line systemProvide product price and availability; cross reference for competitor linesManage large amounts of incoming phone callsIdentify opportunities to up-sell additional productsExpedite/backorder reportingOpen order reportingFunction as liaison between MCR Safety customers and Sales team to exceed customer needs. This requires daily interfaces with all internal team members via email and phone.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationWork directly with customer personnel to facilitate shipping schedules, material requirements, order changes, tracking of shipments, and lead timesStay current of all customer account processesSupport all Inside Sales, Sales and Customer Service activities, including order entry, order management, order acknowledgement, order status updates to customersStay active with our on-line CHAT systemProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.3-5 years Business to Business, account management or related experience requiredPrevious customer service experience requiredExperience working with SAP or similar ERP systems highly preferredExperience working with EDI order entries preferredData entry proficiency requiredProficiency with Excel, Word and OutlookThe perks of being a Bunzl team member don't stop at being part of a great team or being valued as our #1 asset.
