Compassionate Hospice CNA: Comfort & Care Champion
Shalom Hospice of Washington
Shalom Hospice of Washington is seeking a hospice aide who will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide bedside and personal care per the patient plan of care. This role emphasizes compassionate, professional support to meet comfort and safety needs.
The aide will report observations and care performed to the RN Case Manager, adhere to documentation standards, and participate in quality improvement activities to ensure continuity and safety of patient care.
