• Additional Information: Candidates with recent perm or PRN work at the organization within the past year are ineligible to reapply until one year of separation. Candidates with prior organization travel or perm/PRN experience over a year old may be eligible; send their name and DOB to the designated contact for rehire eligibility.
• Float: No float rotation may be required.
• Equipment: Provided during interview.
• Notice: 30 days.
