Speech Language Pathologist

Onward Education is partnering with a school district in the Aurora, Colorado area to hire a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an on-site, school-based assignment supporting students across elementary through K-8. In this role, you'll provide speech-language services that support students' access to learning, communication, and participation at school. You'll collaborate with educators and special education teams, complete evaluations and documentation, and deliver targeted therapy aligned to student goals. Position Details: Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours/week (typically 2 days/week) School day hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (schedule details coordinated with the school team) Setting: On-site Caseload: Approximately 16-18 students Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services aligned to student plans and goals Conduct assessments/evaluations and contribute to eligibility decisions as appropriate Write clear documentation (evaluation reports, progress notes, service logs, and related records) Participate in meetings and collaborate with educators, service providers, and families Support communication access in the school setting (as appropriate, may include classroom-based support and consult services) Qualifications: Colorado SLP license (as applicable for your pathway) Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider (SSP) credential (required) School-based experience is a plus (we're happy to speak with candidates bringing strong transferable pediatric or educational experience) Ability to work collaboratively and manage a small part-time caseload with strong organization and follow-through What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits package.
