Position Overview:
As a Roofing Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing sales for our roofing products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base while ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Average reps can earn $100k, top performers can earn $300k +

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Present product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and features of our roofing products and services.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry regulations is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
