Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to pediatric patients as per physician's orders.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment as needed.
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure all treatments comply with established safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in continuous education and training to maintain competency in pediatric respiratory care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent pediatric respiratory therapist experience required.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Active Tennessee state license or compact equivalent at the time of submission.
• Pediatric experience and TN license mandatory at the submission stage.
• Driver's license must be included with the submission.
• Compliance with NLC guidelines, travel experience required.
