Quick Facts Location: Lebanon, PA Start Date: 10/23/2026 End Date: 01/22/2027 Shift: Night 3x24-Hour (19:00 – 07:00) Hours/Week: 36 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: PA license, DEA required; acute care certificate not required Experience: Minimum 3 years in cardiothoracic or acute care surgery Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $886.86 Benefits Include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide advanced support in cardiothoracic urgent surgeries, including vein harvesting Assist with patient care from ICU to discharge, including postoperative management Support surgical teams during procedures and maintaining sterile environments Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Support staff scheduling for 3 weekends per month coverage, including 4 hours of callback daily Navigate the EMR system (EPIC) for documentation and clinical updates Respond to urgent surgical needs during 24-hour shifts and provide backup as required What You Need Required: PA license in Pennsylvania DEA license Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiothoracic or acute care surgical support Strong knowledge of vein harvesting procedures Ability to work 24-hour shifts and manage responsive callbacks Preferred: Experience in urgent cardiac surgery environments Certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) About the Assignment Join a reputable hospital in Lebanon, PA, with a focus on urgent cardiothoracic surgery, from cath lab to operating room, supporting stable patients waiting for procedures or recovering post-surgery.
