Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening & Weekend Shifts (Franklin Lakes, NJ)
Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care
Position OverviewAffirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric 1:1 private duty case in Franklin Lakes, NJ . This role involves providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care to a young child in the home setting.
We are currently hiring for evening and weekend shifts , with flexible scheduling options.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndividualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
Safe home environment — Ensure infection control and proper equipment use
LPN: $40/hr
Evening shifts
Weekend shifts Flexible scheduling available.
Active New Jersey LPN License
Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
Supportive pediatric clinical leadership
Flexible scheduling
