We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Day Porter to join our team at a premier commercial property in downtown Nashville. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for tenants and visitors during daytime business hours.

Schedule

• Hours & Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No weekends!)
• Location: Downtown Nashville, TN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping/mopping.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and breakrooms throughout the shift.
• Monitor and empty trash, recycling, and debris bins regularly.
• Efficiently organize and put away incoming cleaning and building supplies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to immediate cleaning requests or spills.
• Complete other general cleaning duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1 year of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
