Why Join Dallas Endodontics Dallas Endodontics is seeking a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy specialty practice and help provide world‑class care to our patients. Responsibilities You will support the clinical and administrative functions of the practice, including: Greeting and preparing patients for treatment Assisting the dentist with procedures using four‑handed dentistry Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean operatory Taking and developing dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations Providing post‑operative care instructions and oral hygiene education Scheduling appointments and follow‑up visits Managing patient records accurately and securely Assisting with insurance and payment processing Supporting front desk and administrative functions as needed Schedule Requirements Full‑time hours, flexible schedule. Background & Qualifications You are a licensed RDA with a passion for patient care and strong interpersonal skills. In addition to the basic qualifications below, we prefer candidates with specialty experience.
