Manufacturing Safety Engineer

Honda Dev. and Mfg. of Am.,LLC

Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC seeks a Safety Specialist to support safe, efficient automotive manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead plant-wide safety initiatives, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. You will develop and deliver safety training, investigate incidents, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Partnering closely with engineering and production teams, you will integrate safety into equipment, processes, and layouts while promoting The Honda Way culture of respect, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem solving. This position is primarily on-site within our manufacturing facilities.
