Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• The Retail Training & Procedures Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering ongoing training and operational resources for the Community Banking Team 
• This person will maintain accurate and up to date procedure guides and reference materials, while ensuring that all resources are organized and accessible 
• This person will partner closely with Community Banking leadership, Risk Management, and Human Resources to support consistent service standards, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and employee development 
• This position is responsible for assisting with the testing, implementation, and rollout of all new products, services, processes and technology to support successful adoption across the branch network and contact center 
• This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Community Banking, and comfort navigating digital tools and systems.

Compensation

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $57,200 - $64,480 annually
