Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Associate Clinical Director to join our team at Cubik Minds. In this central role, you will lead Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to improve socially significant behaviors in individuals, particularly neurodivergent children. You will be responsible for assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, report writing and ensuring the highest standards of ethical care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments – Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to identify the function of problem behaviors and use data to guide intervention planning.
• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans – Create measurable, developmentally appropriate behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Analyze Data & Monitor Progress – Regularly review data collected by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct-care staff; adjust treatment plans based on trends and goal progress.
• Train & Supervise Staff – Oversee BTs and other implementers to ensure accurate intervention delivery; provide ongoing training, modeling, and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Families & Professionals – Train and support parents/caregivers in behavior strategies and skill generalization; maintain open, professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure Ethical & Legal Compliance – Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts; maintain strict patient confidentiality and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Pursue Professional Growth – Stay current with ABA research and best practices; maintain BCBA certification through continuing education (CEUs).
• Provide Session Coverage – Step in for BTs during emergencies or absences to ensure continuity of care and consistent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, report writing, data analysis
• Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, training, and communication abilities
• Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
