PUNCH LIST CARPENTER $27–$30/hr | MULTI-FAMILY & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS If you're a carpenter who takes pride in the details, we've got work. We're hiring a Punch List Carpenter to handle finish work, repairs, and final touch-ups on multi-family and commercial construction projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO Complete punch list items before project turnover Install and repair trim, doors, hardware, and cabinetry Perform finish carpentry and blocking work Identify and fix construction deficiencies Read blueprints and follow project plans Work with other trades to keep projects moving Maintain a clean and safe jobsite WHAT YOU NEED 5+ years of carpentry experience Strong finish carpentry skills Experience with trim, doors, hardware, and cabinetry Ability to read blueprints Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly BONUS SKILLS Multi-family construction experience Apartment complex or tenant improvement (TI) work Strong eye for detail and quality craftsmanship WHY THIS JOB $27–$30/hr depending on experience Steady work on local projects Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with profit sharing PTO and paid holidays Company promotes from within Long-term career opportunity Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
