About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Entry Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team with accurate data entry, document processing, and basic financial tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting or administrative career who wants hands-on experience and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry tasks — enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial information
- Document processing — organize, scan, and maintain accounting records
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile statements and verify data accuracy
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams in Spanish and English
- Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual — must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping (school or work experience)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and data entry software
- Good communication and organizational skills
