About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Entry Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team with accurate data entry, document processing, and basic financial tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting or administrative career who wants hands-on experience and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Data entry tasks — enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial information
Document processing — organize, scan, and maintain accounting records
Assist with accounts payable/receivable
Reconcile statements and verify data accuracy
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams in Spanish and English
Support general office and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Requirements

Bilingual — must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping (school or work experience)
Comfortable with spreadsheets and data entry software
Good communication and organizational skills
