- Assist with the installation of custom cabinetry and storage systems
- Follow Closet Factory installation processes and quality standards
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Maintain a professional attitude while working in customers' homes
- Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
- Use basic hand and power tools (minimum tools required)
- Learn and develop installation skills under guidance of experienced installers
- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Is willing to learn and grow within the company
- Can work full-time, year-round
- Has a valid driver's license and proper work authorization
