Retail Engagement Specialist

Overview Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - AMRET - MA - Boston 165. Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory! Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: $24 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity. Responsibilities Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner. Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence. Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met. Drive daily travel within your assigned territory (approximately 22-35 retail visits per day). Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams. Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner. What the Role Looks Like Field-based position with daily travel within your assigned territory and a mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment. Reliable transportation within assigned territory. Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening.
