An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after the completion of six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. To qualify for the full bonus, the individual must maintain employment in this position for at least twelve months. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.Position SummaryThis position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.LocationShakopee, MNScheduleMonday – Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pmMinimum QualificationsClinicianPossess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical CounselingPossess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State LicensurePreferred QualificationExperience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populationsExperience delivering either in-home or crisis servicesExperience with Electronic Health Record systemsCanvas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
