Assignment Details Contract length: 14 weeks Shift length: 12 hour shifts Hours per week: 36 Start date: ASAP Job Responsibilities Perform focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Work 36 hours per week with 12‑hour shifts. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post‑procedure monitoring as indicated.
