To manage complex medical malpractice claims involving severe injury and high exposure, the full-time Senior Claims Specialist will analyze and resolve technically difficult claims, coordinate case management, and ensure high levels of customer service while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyzes and processes complex medical malpractice claims, developing action plans for timely resolution Conducts investigations and provides reports on new claims and legal actions, ensuring thorough documentation Recommends settlement strategies and coordinates legal defense while monitoring compliance with client guidelines Required qualifications 6 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
