Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager of Product Management for its Surgical Vision team in Irvine, California. This role executes product strategy for a premium intraocular lens portfolio, managing operations, forecasting, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for premium intraocular lens portfolio to meet business targets
• Gather customer feedback from field sales and incorporate voice-of-customer into portfolio strategy
• Lead demand forecasting process and manage portfolio budget with appropriate spending controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams on competitive response, commercial programs, and channel alignment
• Support customer events, trade shows, and training activities; create marketing assets and communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA preferred
• 5+ years business experience in marketing, sales, or related fields
• 2+ years medical device or regulated healthcare environment experience
• Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-focused environment with ambiguity
• Cross-functional collaboration and influence without formal authority
• Ophthalmology experience preferred
• Medical device product line management experience preferred
