Circle Logistics is seeking a Vehicle Checkout Specialist to oversee the daily flow of finished vehicles at a major automotive manufacturing facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on operations role where you'll be responsible for keeping vehicles moving efficiently, supporting carrier partners, and ensuring transportation operations run smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in transportation, fleet operations, terminal operations, dispatch, or yard coordination who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of an operation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate daily yard operations, vehicle staging, and dispatch readiness
• Verify vehicle locations and inventory accuracy
• Prepare load sheets and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Work closely with transportation and dispatch teams to prioritize outbound shipments
• Monitor yard activity and maintain real-time visibility of all units
• Provide operational reporting and updates to leadership
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for transportation providers and facility personnel
• Ensure safe, efficient movement of vehicles throughout the yard
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact production or transportation schedules

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of transportation, fleet, terminal, or yard operations experience
• Experience coordinating drivers, equipment, and freight movement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with transportation management systems preferred
• TP Pro experience is a plus
