Receptionist

Education, Training and Experience:


Must hold a High School Diploma or GED


Bilingual preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Possess excellent telephone skills.
• Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters
• Possess some computer skills
• Possess and demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those connected in the course of work

• Be able to perform all of the assigned responsibilities for the position

• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Physical Requirements:


Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, write, operate a computer, hand-held learning devices and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
