Job Description Job Description We are seeking a warm, responsible, and detail-oriented Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our specialized team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our clinical success, providing high-level technical support while acting as a calming presence for our patients. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support: Assist the Endodontist through all phases of treatment, including root canal therapy and endodontic surgery.

Imaging: Capture high-quality digital X-rays (periapicals) and/or CBCT scans quickly and accurately.

Tray & Room Setup: Prepare surgical trays with specific endodontic instrumentation and maintain a sterile, organized operatory.

Sterilization: Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all instruments using the autoclave according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.

Patient Interaction: Greet patients with a friendly smile, review medical histories, and provide compassionate post-operative care instructions.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in a dental setting, specifically with endodontic procedures.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in digital radiography and the handling of endodontic materials (files, sealers, etc.).

Soft Skills: A friendly, professional "chairside manner" and the ability to put anxious patients at ease.

Responsibility: Highly reliable, punctual, and proactive in managing office flow.

Certification: Must hold a valid Dental Assistant license/registration and X-ray certification as required by the state.
