We have BIG FUN! Job Responsibilities Greet all guests in a friendly and approachable manner. Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests in cash, gift card or comp. Accurately count and provide change to guests as required. Deliver guest orders and condiments to the guest. Bus and properly disinfect tables as quickly as possible. Sweep and maintain dining room floors. Adhere to all cash handling and comp policies and procedures. Restock supplies and merchandise as needed throughout the shift. Identify opportunities to upsell and influence guest’s decisions through product knowledge and enthusiasm for the sale. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Provide support to fellow team members through sharing of knowledge, helping to complete tasks and/or assisting in guest interactions. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, flexible, and high‑volume environment. Provide BIG Service to guests and ensure their complete satisfaction, including greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must pass all required pre‑screening and background checks. Internal candidates must meet eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, swing, late‑night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
