What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll help customers navigate the service process while building long-term relationships based on trust.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns
• Scheduling service appointments
• Preparing repair orders accurately
• Communicating repair recommendations clearly and honestly
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Working closely with technicians and the parts department
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Building long-term customer relationships that earn repeat business
